Why does this site look different?
We are working on a new, comprehensive tritechforensics.com that you’ll find easier to use, more adapted to your needs, and full of helpful features. While that site is being tested, we’ve launched this Tri-Tech Forensics Express Store, designed to provide you with a quick and easy shopping experience.
I don’t see a product I’ve ordered before that is in your catalog. How can I order it?
The Express Store offers hundreds of our most popular items for online purchase. But if you don’t see what you are looking for, we still have our complete inventory available to choose from. When will my order ship?
If a product is in stock, it may ship in as little as one business day, depending on the quantity ordered. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are typically shipped the following day. Some products - such as specialty items - may take longer to ship. If you need your equipment by a certain date, please contact our customer service representatives via email for more information.
Can I choose my shipping provider?
We offer shipping by FedEx and UPS with a valid shipping number. Without a shipping number, we ship "best way" from our FOB shipping point in Leland, NC.
Can I use my company's shipper account number?
FedEx and UPS account numbers are accepted for offline orders only. You may email or fax your order - along with your shipper account number - to us. From there, we'll charge all costs to your shipper account number. Please note that if your number is not valid, we reserve the right to add shipping charges to your invoice.
Will I get a tracking number?
After placing your order, you will receive an email that includes your order number and other pertinent information. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the shipper. This email will provide you with a tracking number you can use to track your order through the shipper's website.
What are your shipping charges?
We charge for shipping based on the total of your order. In addition, we charge a one-time fee of $35.00 for any hazards, air, hazardous, oversize, or overweight items in a single purchase. Our shipping charges are for the contiguous lower 48 states. In Alaska or Hawaii or an international customer? Email our sales reps for details.
