How can I cancel an order?
You must call one of our customer service representatives in order to cancel an order. Please see the information under Shipping and Delivery to estimate when your product will be shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for us to receive it upon return. See FAQ “How can I return a product” for additional information.
How can I return a product?
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Notify Tri-Tech Forensics, Inc. immediately if the shipment is found to be damaged or unacceptable for any reason. If external damage is noticed, accept it only after the damage is noted on all copies of delivery receipts. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Tri-Tech Forensics, Inc. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued and must be referenced on all paperwork included in the return. Credit will be issued to your account upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). There will be a 25% restocking fee for the return of any non-damaged goods. Custom kits and special ordered items not normally carried in stock are sold on a non-returnable basis. Refunds and credits will be based on the actual purchase price only and do not include shipping or other charges.
