These 500 series Kapak pouches help to eliminate cross-contamination and are ideal for transporting, collecting, and long-term storage of evidence. They are boilable, freezable, and microwavable, providing superior barrier performance.

The 2.5 mil and 4.5 mil pouches are more rigid, offering higher resistance to any rips or punctures. These pouches also offer a safe option for handling sharp objects, metals and other dangerous evidence.  They are also used for the storage of drugs and other illicit substances and are safe to use with concentrations of most acids, alkalies, grease, oil, and organic solvents. These pouches help make transporting and storing dangerous objects and substances safer throughout the evidence handling process.
