FTA® Cards

Designed for the collection, transportation, storage, and purification of nucleic acids from whole blood and buccal cells/saliva, each FTA® Card has an integral cover sheet which protects the sample and permits the card to stand on its own while drying.

• FTA® Classic Card Overall dimensions:
   3 x 5 inches with four one-inch diameter
   circles on a 3 x 3 inch matrix; each circle
   holds 100-125 µL

• FTA® Mini Card Overall dimensions:
   1.88 x 2.88 inches with two one-inch
   diameter circles on a 1.25 x 2.88 inch
   matrix; each circle holds 100-125 µL

• FTA®  Micro Card Overall dimensions:
   1.5 x 3 inches with a single one-inch
   diameter circle on a 1.5 x 1.5 inch
   matrix; circle holds 100-125 µL
