SHIPPING
All in-stock items ship the same day for orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern time. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Time will ship the following business day, Monday through Friday. For expedited delivery on in-stock items or custom orders, please contact our customer service team at 800.438.7884 for delivery time options and shipping charges.
Freight is FOB Shipping Point, Leland, N.C., with title passing at that point. All orders are shipped “Best Way” unless otherwise requested by the customer.

We charge for shipping based on the total dollar amount of your order. Shipping charges are for the continental United States (lower 48 states) only. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii or are an international customer, please e-mail our sales reps for shipping options and details.

HAZARDOUS & AIR HAZARDOUS
Some items on this website are considered hazardous goods and require additional packaging and handling. Of the hazardous items noted on the website, some are considered hazardous only when shipping by air. Should you purchase one of these items, a one-time surcharge of $35 will be added to your regular shipping charges, which will cover any hazardous or air hazardous items.
OVERSIZE & OVERWEIGHT PACKAGES
Some items on this website are considered oversized. The shipping charges for these items are based on the dimensions of the package rather than the actual weight. Oversize and overweight items will be charged an additional surcharge of $35 per item, based on the packaging (ex. a case of 25 rifle boxes would be charged $35 while 2 cases of rifle boxes would be charged $70).
FEDEX OR UPS ACCOUNT NUMBERS
FedEx and UPS account numbers are accepted for off-line orders only. You may e-mail or fax your order along with your shipper account number to us, and we will charge your shipping charges to your shipper account number. Please note that if your number is not valid, TRITECHFORENSICS reserves the right to add your shipping charges to your invoice.
